At the discretion of the management of The Lone Tree Golf Club, a limited number of Individual and Couples Annual Passes are available to the general public without discriminatory regard to race, gender, creed, religion, or national origin. Prospective purchasers must complete an application and acknowledge all terms, policies, and conditions contained herein.
The management of The Lone Tree Golf Club reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time without notice. The management reserves the right to revoke an Annual Pass if a Member violates Annual Pass guidelines, including Golf Club and restaurant rules and policies.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELATIONS
Starting times may be reserved up to (7) seven days in advance.
Starting times are available anytime Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday starting times will be available to Members after posted twilight rate times on a standby basis only (no tee-times may be made). Members wishing to play at times other than those stipulated may due so at the posted resident rate.
Starting time reservations not canceled at least 24 hours in advance of play will be billed to the Member at the regular, posted resident rate for each player booked.
GUEST POLICY AND FEES
Annual Members must accompany all guests. All guest fees include golf car. The guest policy is not in effect for tournaments or special events.
Accompanied guests pay the posted resident rate.
Annual Members receive a 20 percent discount off all regularly priced merchandise in the golf shop and off all regularly priced food in the Grille. Discounts are not valid with any other offer.
To maintain the integrity of play administration, all players must register in the Golf Shop at least 10 minutes prior to a reserved starting time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or delay if other parties are prepared to play or are on standby. Forced cancellations will be charged in accordance with the 24-hour cancellation policy if the reservation is not filled by standby players.
GOLF CLUB MANAGEMENT
Policies and procedures are established and administered by The Lone Tree Golf Club management, including but not limited to the General Manager/ Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, golf staff, and others so designated by the Golf Club. The Lone Tree Golf Club is a privately owned, daily-fee golf course. The Annual Pass in no way conveys any rights of membership or ownership.
The Lone Tree Golf Club is a soft spike facility only. Men must wear shirts with a collar and sleeves at all times. Ladies may wear a shirt with no collar or sleeves if it is not specifically excluded by the dress code. No cut-off shorts, gym shorts, tank tops, halter tops, swim wear, short shorts or denim are allowed at any time.
TERM & RENEWAL
The term of any annual pass begins January 1, 2013 and expires December 31, 2013.
Annual Passes are renewable on January 1st of each subsequent year at the discretion of the management of The Lone Tree Golf Club.
TRANSFERS & REVOCATIONS
Annual Pass privileges are personal to the Member(s) and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned in any manner. Privileges shall cease and terminate upon the death of the Member(s). Any fees paid are non-refundable.
The Management of The Lone Tree Golf Club may revoke any Annual Pass if a Member violates any terms of this agreement (which may change from time to time). No portion of any fees paid is refundable upon revocation.
